Picture Book Illustration

All Levels

Trade picture books are a unique art form. Somewhere between fine art and commercial art, picture books often capture the imagination of the adult as well as a child. Come and learn how to make your own compelling picture book illustrations- for the fun of making beautiful, communicative art, or for a portfolio to submit to an art director. If you have a book dummy in progress, this class is a great place to finish what you have started. No prior experience is necessary. Class is taught by a published picture book Illustrator, whose work you can see at http://www.barbaradilorenzo.com.
